Larry Fleischman moved to Santa Clarita in 1996 so that he could raise his first child in a family friendly community. In 2000, he started in the Mortgage business but realized his passion for helping people; which led him a different direction. His customer service skills, marketing techniques, and skilled negotiator helps his clients through a smooth process. Larry ensures he is there for his clients any time day and night. His first priority is to ensure the happiness of his clients. He is a big part of our community and is active on the SCV Chamber of Commerce. He plans on being among the Real Estate Leaders in SCV for many years to come.
